A Diary of a Captive - Pitch & Evaluation

After our first draft for our film, we had to pitch our idea to are fellow classmates and teacher on:

• The title of the film
• What our film was about
• The production company for the film
• Distributor for the film
• The Budget and Release Date
• Possible actresses and actors for our film
• What the film is really about 

We include all these requirements in our  pitch but we also included some extra information and support for the film which was :

• Research of real life events -linked to our film idea
• Actors and actresses who have appeared in our production companies films
• Box office for production for companies on well known film 

Evaluation of the Pitch
After we pitched our idea to the class we was given feedback on certain aspects of our film, these were:

• The budget of our film
• No director for the film was included

The budget of the film was said to be to low from the cast we wanted to have in our film such as : Jennifer Lawrence who is a Hollywood actress. We have yet to decided on the budget for the film but I know it needs to be increased.In addition we could not decide as group a director for a film but we have options that need to be refined down now it has been highlighted to us.
